Erasmus+ Mobility incoming for training and teaching

Incoming Erasmus+ Mobility for Teaching and Training

Incoming Erasmus+ mobility for teaching and training is regulated by inter-institutional agreements established between our Department and international partner institutions.
Academic and administrative staff from partner universities holding an Erasmus+ grant from their home institution may apply to carry out a mobility period at our Department.

Hospitality and Collaboration

The Department has always shown a strong commitment to welcoming international faculty and administrative staff, promoting exchanges that enrich the academic environment and foster the development of new collaborations.

In the case of training mobility, which involves professionals with diverse profiles, the activity is organized in collaboration with the University Offices to ensure that the activities carried out are consistent with the guest's professional background.
At least one day of departmental visit and exchange of best practices is always arranged, even for staff from institutions with which no active agreement currently exists, in order to explore potential future collaborations.

Mobility for Teaching Activities

The Department is particularly active in teaching mobility, through long-standing collaborations with partner universities with which we have established durable relationships.
Over time, these partnerships have led to the implementation of:

  • joint research projects
  • integrated teaching and academic cooperation activities

How to Submit a Proposal

Academic staff interested in carrying out an Erasmus+ teaching mobility at our Department must:

  • Submit a mobility proposal, specifying:
    • the proposed teaching program
    • preferred dates for the mobility

Our staff will assess:

  • the alignment of the proposed program with the academic offerings of the relevant semester
  • the identification of a host lecturer who can integrate the proposed activities into their teaching

Recommended Periods

Due to academic scheduling constraints, we advise against planning teaching mobility during the following periods:

  • the first two weeks of the academic year
  • the last two weeks of each semester
  • exam sessions
  • periods when no teaching activities are scheduled by the Department
